Updated Fencing Guidelines

Good Morning Owners,

Please see correspondence below from the Board of Directors.

Please consider this a reminder that any fencing or gate which an owner wishes to install along the inside of their rear courtyard wall must be  approved  before installation. To request approval an owner must submit a completed EWR form downloaded from the HLV website. Fencing may not be installed unless approval is obtained.

Fence posts may not be installed in concrete. Permanent fencing may not be installed. Any damage to irrigation lines will be repaired by the HOA’s contractor at the owners expense.
