Rules & Regulations Reminder

As a reminder, 4 of the HLV Revised and Restated Rules and Regulations provides that: “Only the Managing Agent or the President of the Association, or his designee, is authorized by the Board of Directors to give instructions to maintenance staff, contractors or vendors retained by the Association.”

 

Please comply with Rule 4. The confusion resulting from multiple points of contact caused by requests by owners for work in their rear courtyards during time when the Starwood crew is working under contract terms; or, in a common area (which is not the property of any owner) makes the efforts of the Board to contain costs and establish community appearance standards more difficult.
