Good morning,

On behalf of the Litchfield by the Sea Board, I wanted to thank everyone who attended our HOA President’s meeting last Thursday.     Your feedback on the format and content of the meeting is most welcome.   What topics would you like to see covered at future meetings?

The highlights from the evening included:

• Bob Postiglione shared information about the 2022 accomplishments and the goals for 2023.   Please see attached letter that was emailed to you at the end of 2022.
• LBTS consultant Sarah Brazee shared information about the work of the Resort Fee Committee.
• Scott Manhoff shared information about the revised LBTS website which will be launched in the next quarter.
• Steve Traynum from Coastal Science and Engineering shared information on the current status of the beach at LBTS and offered suggestions about how the HOA’s could collaborate on future beach maintenance projects.

Many of you asked for a copy of the presentation on the resort fee and it is attached.   We will continue to keep you updated on the progress of the Resort Fee Committee.

The LBTS Board will be discussing next steps on beach maintenance and nourishment.

Our next meeting with HOA Presidents will be Wednesday, April 19^th at 5pm at the Beach House – please NOTE date change.   We look forward to seeing all of you then!
